Free Shipping Offer All helmets and accessories that total $50 or more will receive FREE Ground shipping on the order. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Exchanges for size:  If you need to return any product for size exchange call us at 1-877-837-0047 with in 14 days of delivery and we will give you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). When you ship the helmet or gear back, please make sure it is in the original packing and in the display box. The shield cover must be intact as well as all tags and manufacturers warranty material. The helmet or gear must be in new and unused condition.You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us. Contact our customer service and we can offer you a shipping label at a discounted price

Returns for Refunds (not for size or model exchanges): If you need to return any helmet or gear just call (585) 287-5540 with in 15 days of receipt and we will give you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Refunds are processed after assessing the cost of shipping the item out to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping of the product back to us for a refund. The shield cover must be intact as well as all tags and manufacturers warranty material. The helmet or gear must be in new and unused condition. Any product(s) received in used condition or without original packaging, tags, protective film, helmet bag, etc. or display box will be refused. If a product comes back after the 15 day period you will then be issued merchandise credit less the cost of shipping out the item.

Electronic Devices: All electronic devices bluetooth units are not returnable. If there is an issue with your product we will be happy to assist you in technical warranty support issue with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers warranty there product for one year.

Order Cancellation Policy:  You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Refused Shipments:  If an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of HelmetCountry.com, the customer will be charged a 20% restock fee minimum $10.00 per order and the refusal fee charged by the shipping company. HelmetCountry.com can not be liable for the shipping charges if the item is refused before delivery.

Damage Claims: All damage claims on deliveries must be made with 5 days of arrival to customers residence.

Closeouts: Closeout products can be returned in brand new unused condition. There will be a restocking fee associated with a return for a refund.
