When you receive your HJC helmet and you feel it is not the right size we will pay for the shipping to send the helmet back to our warehouse and also we will pay the shipping back to you. We will do this one time at no charge. Please contact our customer service at (877) 837-0047 and we will get a prepaid label to you for the return. Shipping will be Ground Service. This size exchange program is only available when you purchase a HJC Helmet on HelmetCountry.com. Helmet must be in brand new unused condition.
